Membership Rates
IASSIDD Membership runs on a calendar year from 1 January to 31 December.
- Individual membership is open to any person who subscribes to the aims and objectives of IASSIDD.
- Reduced rate membership is available to full-time students, individuals from eligible countries, and individuals who are eligible for financial for social benefits/allowances in their countries or are holders of a concession grant/card.
- Center membership is open to employee-based organizations that share IASSIDD’s mission. Center memberships include 4+ staff allocated individual memberships. The nominated center members can be allocated when joining or renewing your center membership or after you have joined. Reduced rates apply to eligible countries.

- Membership in the first and only world-wide group dedicated to the scientific study of intellectual and developmental disability.
- Participate in our Special Interest Research Groups (SIRGS). SIRGS provide opportunities for international and multidisciplinary networking among members within the same area of interest, creating opportunities to share information, develop initiatives, and connect with new colleagues. Individual and center members can select SIRGs to join.
- Free or reduced fees for IASSIDD professional development events, webinars, and SIRG events.
- Discounts to our annual world or regional congresses, featuring keynote addresses from leading international speakers, oral and poster presentations, workshops, round-tables and social gatherings.
- Opportunities to meet and exchange ideas with people having similar interests in other parts of the world.
- Quarterly issues of the Journal of Policy and Practice in Intellectual Disability.
- Reduced subscription rates to the Journal of Intellectual Disability Research.

JIDR Journal Subscription
All members can purchase a discounted JIDR Journal Subscription (online and print) for USD$80 per member.
Renewing your IASSIDD Membership
All current IASSIDD members will be sent an email with a link to renew their membership for 2025.
