IASSIDD 2026
Munich| July 28–31 2026
We warmly invite you to the 7th European Congress of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IASSIDD), hosted locally by Ludwig Maximilian University Munich in the summer of 2026. The event will begin on July 28 with a pre-conference, followed by the main congress from July 29 to 31.
Target Group
The international congress addresses researchers, self-advocates, professionals, family members, and other stakeholders in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Topic
Guided by the theme “real.time – Shaping the Future Together”, the congress explores the dimensions of temporality, reality, and digitality. Its goal is to advance inclusion in ways that are scientifically grounded, practically experienced, and sustainably anchored within society.
